Aaron is an acclaimed chef with nearly two decades of experience spanning the globe, working in restaurants and homes.

Founder of Honed Staffing, Aaron Clayton prides himself in delivering exceptional dining experiences, with attention to the smallest detail. He now brings the same mentality, effort, and passion to the world of staffing.

Chef Aaron started in the culinary world on California’s Central Coast and then moved abroad to work at Herbert Samuel under the esteemed chefs Yonatan Roshfeld and Yuval Ben Neriah.

When Aaron moved back to Los Angeles, he started work as a private chef, working for notable celebrities and musicians, tailoring his services to accommodate a wide variety of diets and preferences. After five years of being a private chef, Chef Aaron went on to fulfill his dream of owning a restaurant and opened Origin Cafe in the Pico-Robertson area of Los Angeles which served as a farm-to-table brunch spot, something that the neighborhood was lacking. After attaining his dream, Chef Aaron stepped into the private chef world once again, but with a focus on performance nutrition, working with a number of notable NBA stars.

As a culinary expert with experience in a myriad of settings, not only does Chef Aaron understand what it takes to create uncompromising quality standards and memorable dining experiences but also understands the type of chef required to excel in private homes. Chef Aaron’s experience and his unique insight into this profession gives Honed Staffing a competitive edge when it comes to placing world-class chefs.
